Formed in 1999 at the Juilliard School in New York, and now based in Scotland, Kuotet has been widely acclaimed by audiences and critics alike for their unique approach to performance. Combining classical, Scottish traditional and new music in their innovative programming, the ensemble is based around a core string quartet, but has evolved into an organic group of like-minded instrumentalists and composers.
